Our Refund Philosophy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If our services don’t work for your business or meet your expectations, you shouldn’t have to pay for them.
This policy explains exactly when you can get a refund, how to request one, and what to expect during the process.
Refund Eligibility and Timeframes
AI Studio and Content Studio Subscriptions
Monthly subscriptions come with a 14-day money-back guarantee from your first payment. This applies only to your initial subscription, not renewals. You keep full access to the platform until your original billing period ends, even after requesting a refund.
Annual subscriptions offer more flexibility with a 30-day full refund window from your first payment. If you cancel between 30-90 days, you’ll receive a prorated refund based on unused months. After 90 days, refunds aren’t available, but you can cancel to avoid future charges.
If you forget to cancel during your free trial and get charged, contact us within 7 days for a full refund. We understand that trial reminders sometimes get missed.
Consulting Services
AI Strategy Consulting projects can be fully refunded if you cancel within 48 hours of booking your initial consultation. After your first session begins, you can still get a 50% refund if you cancel before the second week of work starts. Once we deliver your custom strategy document, the project is considered complete and refunds aren’t available.
Website SEO & Audit services offer a 72-hour full refund window from project start. If you cancel after we begin the audit work but before delivering your report, you’ll receive a 75% refund. Even after completion, if you’re genuinely unsatisfied with the audit quality, you can request a 50% refund within 7 days of delivery.
Branding and Design Services follow a similar structure with 72 hours for a full refund from project start. Once we present initial concepts, cancellation results in a 50% refund. If you’re unsatisfied with the completed branding work, you have 14 days to request a 25% refund, which accounts for the creative work already invested.
Digital Products
Templates and digital resources come with a 7-day satisfaction guarantee. You can get a full refund if the product doesn’t work as described or contains errors that prevent normal use. Since these are instant digital downloads, refunds for simple change of mind aren’t available after 7 days.
How to Request a Refund
Start by emailing contact@ranksper.com with your account email address or order number, specify which product or service needs refunding, and provide a brief explanation of why you’re requesting the refund. Let us know if you prefer the refund to go back to your original payment method or as account credit.
We respond to refund requests within 24 hours on business days. For subscription refunds, we might offer to help resolve any technical issues first. For service refunds, we may ask what didn’t meet your expectations to better understand the situation. Complex requests involving custom work may take up to 3 business days to fully review.
Once approved, refund processing times vary by payment method. Credit card refunds take 3-7 business days, PayPal refunds process in 1-3 business days, and bank transfers can take 5-10 business days. Account credits appear immediately and never expire.
If we can’t approve your refund request, we’ll explain why it doesn’t qualify under our policy and offer alternatives when possible.
What Happens After a Refund
Your account access depends on the type of refund. Subscription refunds allow you to keep using the platform until your current billing period ends. Service refunds let you keep any completed work, but ongoing projects are paused. Digital product refunds revoke access to future downloads, but any work you created using our tools remains yours.
We don’t delete your account data or any content you’ve created. Your work belongs to you regardless of refund status.
Refund Restrictions
Time-Based Restrictions
Requests made after the eligible refund period for your specific service cannot be processed. Subscription renewals also aren’t eligible for refunds since you should cancel before the renewal date if you don’t want to continue.
Completed Work
Consulting services where we’ve delivered the final strategy document are considered complete. Similarly, design work where final files have been provided and approved, or SEO audits where the complete report has been delivered, don’t qualify for refunds since the contracted work is finished.
Policy Violations
Accounts suspended for violating our Terms of Service, evidence of fraudulent use, or previous chargebacks disqualify accounts from refunds. We also can’t process refunds for customers who repeatedly request refunds for the same services.
Technical Limitations
Problems caused by your internet connection, device compatibility, or third-party integrations outside our control don’t qualify for refunds. Issues with outdated browsers or systems that don’t meet our minimum requirements also fall outside our refund policy.
Special Circumstances
If our platform experiences significant downtime or technical issues that prevent you from using the service, we’ll extend your subscription or provide account credits equal to the lost time. This ensures you receive the full value of what you paid for.
Billing errors on our end result in immediate refunds of the incorrect amount plus fixing the underlying billing issue. We take responsibility for our mistakes and make them right quickly.
Before filing a chargeback with your bank, please contact us directly. Chargebacks cost us additional fees, and we’d prefer to work with you to resolve any issues through our normal refund process.
Refund Alternatives
Account credits offer an attractive alternative to cash refunds. Credits never expire, work for any Ranksper service, and are often worth 25% more than the equivalent cash refund amount. This gives you more value while helping us avoid processing fees.
For consulting or design services, you might prefer switching to a different service of equal value, receiving additional work to address your concerns, or getting extended support to resolve the original issues. These alternatives often provide better outcomes than simple refunds.

When we make changes, active customers receive email notifications about significant updates. Changes take effect 30 days after notification, but previous purchases remain subject to the original policy terms at the time of purchase.
